There are wondrous formations found underground that have unmatched beauty on the surface.
There is nothing quite like an untouched cave formation, still actively growing. Soda straw formations
and gypsum flowers are just a couple of the amazing spectacles found in caves. Unfortunately,
many caves have been vandalized and much of the cave fauna has been destroyed. We teach cave conservation and preservation, and discourage any action that could harm the delicate ecosystem
of a cave. Great care is taken in all caving activity, and as in everything we do, safety is number one. Helmets are required; knee & elbow pads and gloves are recommended.
